Chlorine Dioxide Generation Systems
Chlorine dioxide generators use a two-chemical system that eliminates the need for chlorine gas. The system uses concentrations of hydrochloric acid and sodium chlorite to produce chlorine dioxide, which is a powerful disinfectant. DE NORA generators are highly efficient, with a product yield of greater than 95%. They are also available in a variety of sizes, from 10 g/h to 10,000 g/h for under vacuum type and 10 g/h to 20,000 g/h for under water type, and can be operated manually or automatically.
Chlorine dioxide generation systems have several advantages, including:
- Safe-All liquid system: The system uses a liquid solution of chlorine dioxide, which is safer to handle than chlorine gas.
- Efficient, precise, and low maintenance: The system is highly efficient and produces a consistent yield of chlorine dioxide. It is also low maintenance, requiring only routine checks and cleaning.
