Odor Control – Carbon Filters

Our Activated Carbon Filters are designed and manufactured to the ASTM D-3299 standard, which achieves removal of up to 99% of odorous gases, including hydrogen sulfide, VOC’s and other gases from sewage air. We use high-quality materials and components, and our units are built to last long.

Our vessels are made from FRP using filament winding. This process creates strong, lightweight vessels that are resistant to corrosion. The fans are fabricated using laser cutting and assembled by experienced workers. The impellers are statically and dynamically balanced for optimal performance.

We offer two types of carbon: water-regenerable and caustic-regenerable. The type of carbon we use is determined by the specific needs of the client. The vessels are designed to allow for in-situ carbon regeneration, which reduces the need for downtime.
Our odor control systems are available in a variety of sizes, from 50 m³/hr to 100,000 m³/hr.
